"Scully."

"What?"

"I think I just figured it out."

"The case? Or why you feel the need to make those creamer towers
in every restaurant we go to? Both have me stumped."

"The case Scully. The Tower O' Creamers is an artistic statement
that doesn't require explanation, only appreciation of it's
simple beauty."

"Did you hit your head when I was gone? Lean over here for a
moment, let me check."

"I didn't hit my head. But if you'd like to run you hands over
me anyway I wouldn't object."

"So...what about the case?"

"That's a no on the hands? You sure? I could put my leather
jacket back on. I know you like it."

"Mulder..."

"Fine. Case first. I was thinking of what Detective Morrow said
earlier. About how at first he didn't understand how the first
crime scenes could be so exact and the last one so haphazard."

"It's obvious Mulder. He was in a hurry. Someone must have
scared him off."

"No, I think that the killer is more methodical than we initially
thought. The Stevens murder wasn't rushed. He did exactly what
he wanted to in that attic and left it that way on purpose. He
wants us to think we're close. That he's starting to slip up
because of it."

"He's slipping up to make us think he's slipping up? Why didn't
I see that one? Oldest trick in the book."

"I take it you're underwhelmed with my theory. What a shock."

"No, no. It does make some kind of sense."

"Keep showering me with praise there Scully."

"What about the creamers? What do they have to do with your
theory?"

"Hmm?"

"The Tower?"

"Oh. Absolutely nothing. Art doesn't always imitate life
Scully."

"Then why..."

"Helps me concentrate."

"Mulder, it's only coffee and cream in there, right?"

"100% Pure Arabica. Very strong Arabica. Any stronger and it
could kick my ass."

"Ass-kicking Arabica. There's an X-File."

"Yeah, it'd be under 'F.' Foods That Kill. Right near the
Deadly Bermuda Onions."

"Deadly onions from Bermuda? Hmmm. Fresh air, beach access, lots
of sunshine, beach access. Congratulations Mulder. Sounds like a
case."

"I don't think these ones are actually from Bermuda Scully."

"I sure could use a little sun after all this though. We both
could."

"You know, I could always check the files for Hawaii while I'm
looking up Bermuda. We could make a tour. What are you doing?"

"Trying to reach that."

"Your aim is a bit off."

"The creamer Mulder."

"Oh. Why? You don't put cream in your coffee."

"The quicker we solve this, the better. And look how far you got
with only one Tower. The two of us building and we'll solve this
in no time. Of course, we won't be sleeping afterwards. I can not
believe I just said that.

"Neither can I."

"Mulder, I know that look. Don't get any ideas."

"Too late."
